utilities living in lala land

@IGLSocial @narendramodi @bsesdelhi complained abt gas leak in street, they want my gas meter no. & took reading of my meter to change street regulator #heightofstupidity, same with BSES when reported fire in electricity pole in a street , wanted my meter no. And CA number , harassing of citizens doing their duty continues with zero application of mind by utility companies
